Closure, Bans

6.3 On suspension/exclusion, we may withhold funds, bar from affiliates, set re-entry rules, or report to authorities/collectors—you authorize this.

6.4 For fraud (e.g., stolen cards), we block accounts, reverse payouts, recover wins, notify entities, and pursue collections. No liability for card misuse.

Inactive Accounts

7.1 12+ months inactive: €5/month fee (or equivalent).

7.2 30+ months inactive after failed contacts: balance remitted as abandoned.

7.3 No interest on balances.

7.4 Unused bonuses expire after 30 days.

Prohibited Activities & Laundering

8.1 We report suspected illegal transactions per anti-laundering laws.

8.2 No cash deposits; large withdrawals need verified docs (bank statement, ID, passport).

8.3 High withdrawals (5x+ lifetime deposits) paid in €5000/week increments (or equivalent); excludes progressives. Low depositors (≤€200) limited to 10x last deposit.

Liability Limits

Indemnity

Misc
